OverviewThree formats, three purposes

Between in-person meetings, the Hub offers three online formats – depending on how deep you want to go.

  • Focus groupWorking online over several sessions on a specific case – open or members-only, depending on the group.
  • WebinarConcise insights from practice and the market – individual sessions, online.
  • TÜV seminarTraining on AI and Legal Tech with TÜV Rheinland – via the Academy.

Using administrative procedures as an exampleHow a session works

A session of the “AI-supported administrative procedures” focus group lasts 90 minutes and takes place via Microsoft Teams.

  1. Registration via the calendar – you’ll receive the Teams link after registering.

  2. Short practical insights to kick things off.

  3. Discussion based on concrete questions, with room for your own experiences.

  4. The next session picks up where things left off; newcomers are equally welcome. The group receives materials and updates.

TÜV seminars and AcademyTraining (CPD) with certification

In cooperation with TÜV Rheinland, the Hub offers training in AI and Legal Tech. A certificate of attendance under § 15 FAO is issued for Academy courses.

Training is also a matter of organisation: since 2 February 2025, Art. 4 of the AI Act has required providers and deployers of AI systems to make every effort to ensure an adequate level of AI literacy among their staff.

  • 5 CPD hours per year included in membership (depending on package)
  • 10% discount for members on further Academy courses
  • TÜV certificate “AI for Lawyers – Legal AI Expert (TÜV)”
