What it's aboutThe market is big.Your time isn't.

Anyone looking for a tool for contract review, research or case management faces many providers, similar promises, and little time for demos.

The Concierge knows the market and the providers in the network. Based on members' areas of focus and interests, we use AI to identify suitable contacts and provide personal support along the way.

How it worksFour steps to implementation

  1. Enquiry: You describe your requirements via the contact form under “Concierge”.

  2. Matching: We identify suitable partners within the network.

  3. Introduction: a personal introduction and, where it fits, a demo session.

  4. Overview: as a member, you can track the status of your requests in “My Hub”.

Contract review in the legal department

  1. Starting question

A legal department is reviewing many similar contracts by hand and is looking for a tool to pre-check standard clauses.

  2. How the Hub supports you

The Concierge matches your needs with providers from the network and arranges conversations with legal departments that have implemented comparable projects.

  3. Possible next step

A conversation between two legal departments using comparable tools – before any tender process begins.

Rather than a general sales contact: an introduction to the people who can actually answer your question.

Two sidesWho the concierge works for

For users

  • Selection of suitable legal tech providers
  • Direct introduction to relevant contacts
  • Guidance on which tools and events make sense
  • Support with digitalisation and AI projects

For providers

  • Access to relevant users and decision-makers
  • Personal introductions instead of cold outreach
  • Positioning as a trusted partner within the network

Well preparedWhat you should check yourself when choosing

The Concierge makes the right introductions. It does not replace the legal and technical assessment of a tool. You should clarify these questions before making a decision:

  • Confidentiality: Lawyers may only give service providers access to protected information to the extent necessary for the service. They must select service providers carefully and bind them to confidentiality in text form (§ 43e BRAO).
  • Data protection: If a provider processes personal data on your behalf, you need a data processing agreement with a provider that offers sufficient guarantees (Art. 28 GDPR).
  • AI literacy: Anyone using AI systems must use their best efforts to ensure adequate AI literacy among staff (Art. 4 AI Act).
  • Day-to-day fit: Does the tool suit your systems, workflows and the level of due diligence you can manage?
